For residents: You get 2 free opinions per day!

We use AI to analyze opinions, and AI API calls cost money. To make this sustainable, we have to pass some costs along:

  • Founding Members (first 500): First 2 years free - 10 opinions/day
  • Regular users: [5] free opinions/day.
  • Community groups: £[19]/month for their own opinion box, scales with usage and number of members.
  • Councils: Pay for the platform (we're hoping Hastings joins soon!)
  • Businesses: Can pay to ask the community questions

We're transparent about costs because AI processing isn't free. This keeps us independent without ads or investor pressure.

How does anonymity and verification work?

Anonymous accounts with phone verification keep it real and spam-free.

To prevent bots and spam from day one:

  • Create account with username/password (no real name needed)
  • One-time phone verification proves you're a real person
  • Your number is used once and discarded - we don't store it
  • You stay completely anonymous while keeping trolls out

Optional local verification (makes your opinions count more):

  • Prove you live locally through verification service
  • OR get a code from your community organizer
  • Verified local opinions carry much more weight with councils
